Hey mate,
That could be happen if:
Download sites are not approved sources for dll file or
Single dll is often a bandage for a larger prob or
Dll from dll download sites are outdated or
Download sites are infected by virus and
Host dll file tht could compromise your computer sec..

I Just found out the problem.
The game is not compatible with XP, only vista or W7.
Thank you guys and sorry for wasting your time, I even clenned my all disk for that shit game. No comments. Even with that it was my mistake i didnt looked for the right information about the game.
