Its not a big problem if she is shy.. She will overcome this shyness soon. You shouldn't lose confidence if the girl is shy or introvert and look away... Just don't sound desperate while interacting with her in this condition..

I tried it last week... It worked perfectly and it got me talking. The conversation kinda went like this:
"Hey! My name's xy!"
"Oh hey, I'm xy!"
"Uhm, wait, are you a smoker?"
"Yes?"
"Well, I gotta go because... stuff."
Aaaaand I walked away. Bad thing you can't smell breath from afar.

HAhaha -you make me laught-usually a woman took 3 seconds to misure you.If you encounter there eyes for the second time,maybe is interest to talk ,to knowing you(a sign that you can aproach them).Is not true that woman has a atration for the alfa man-he need a man how is sure for what is doing in every move.The beatifull of a man is not important,could be a point for you.The first aproach is important and decisive - is true that if you talk whith a woman as a friend ,she treat you like a friend,but you must talk to her like you knew for all of the life.The shiness is not important if you control your voice and movements only once.A woman like to talk-about everithing,and is not true that is annoyed so quickly -if he find you a interesting person.You must -
talk whit her like you always knew;
create some kind a mistery wave(the woman like mistery )
try to find as many common points of interess whit her
if is shy you could take his hand ,offcourse a simply touch -to reveal if is interest or answer bad
be sure of what are you doing whithout esitation -is important
don't forghet to congratulate them for the clouds,for his beautty
most of the times if you ask his number phone ,all the girl are trained to give a fake number-instead give yours-if she is interest they could call you at the end of the day,only to hear you
don't be rought - a girl like a man sure by his self but also a man how has the capacity to share his feelings (good fellings)
