I highly recommend CyberGhost VPN, I've been using it for a year now and it's just awesome! They have also increased their free usage bandwidth.. http://www.cyberghostvpn.com

Almost every VPN keeps logs.. you can use Hotspotshield or something related to that.

Are there any VPN that does not keep the logs (and you are 100% sure about it)? I think there isn't, VPN just makes an illusion that makes you feel safe, like the blanket when you're sleeping :epic:

Completely offtopic: My fuckin eye is vibrating again, and I still don't know what does it mean or why it happens Biggrin
Stop smoking so much pot! Actually, fuck that terrible idea. Blaze until you can't feel your fucking eyes.

Oh, my right eye vibrates too and it makes me want to say that HotspotShield was devastating on my computer while it was installed. Lost connections (not VPN ones), BSoD's and settings fucked up. Cyberghost is instead much fine, but it connects me once in a month and gives me errors all other times. You can use proxies, but that's painful. Tor is too slow. Yes, that's a hard life, but if I would really like to do something anonymously I would use Cyberghost (for some others connects much better), Tor browser and at least 5 or 6 highly anonymous proxies (most anonymous ones first).

Now, on what's been said, there's a route something must trace to get to you. But that's not one thing only. Let's say we've got 10 deliverers, each one goes for a piece of the road and then gives the pack to the other one. The last one is surely a trusted one of ours, and with every deliverer that changed all we were trying to get was to have the one following us from behind the bushes losing our tracks.

Now, this one has got us at endserver.com. Resolves our proxy IP, the one behind it and the one behind the one behind it. It's now hard for him to resolve further, but in the case, he'll get 3 or 4 IP's, which are again a couple of proxies (the most anonymous ones - so it's already much hard for him to get here), the weak address Tor gave us and our VPN address.

He'll never get to our VPN address either.

But in case you do something that your ISP doesn't want you to do or something big enough. The ISP tracks the operation between him and the other server; and it's this server's ISP that should handle the thing, but hardly someone will find about it.

Another mostly important thing is speed when you know bad guys are tracing you. They won't have any time to resolve you if you're hidden well-enough.
