Link is infected, you can't hack a facebook account with a program. Try guessing there Secret question or reverting or try the 3 Person account trick.
You could also try and do Social Engineering if you want.
Download link most likely infected with malicious software, if you have a crypter bro, Dont waste it on a hacking forum.

Ok, first of all, you are not brute-forcing the account, you are using dictionary attack.
Second, facebook is pretty damn protected, its difficult to log-on from different IP without doing tests.
The RAR file itself is infected. Good bye.
