Turn off all programs that use internet connection, like a: torrent,skype,msn,web browser etc.Then if you see that some program use internet connection then you are hacked.

I'm getting a lot of connection of port 80/443 ports, that's are web HTTP/HTTPS ports. Maybe a unskilled computer user can understood he was been hacked. But it's not.

For unskilled people : 80/443 with ESTABLISHED connections is normal! That's standard web port for surfing the internet!

About number 2, How would I know if an unnecessary internet connection is established?
