this all started when I posted those 2 threads about the celebrity nudes and @Oni got the great idea of advertising the two threads on 4chan, thus my threads (both of them) got 2.5k+ views and a shit load of new users registered and shitposted in order to gain access the the NSFW section or to send me a PM.

Pretty much. Although a few other people have been advertising. I only ever made 2 posts.

Most members before the massive immigration here are just a bit iffed that the new members are constantly doing low-quality posts and even commenting on year-old+ threads just to get their post count up. A lot of us were expecting there to be massive amounts of activity - just not in this way. It seems like the worst of it is over for now, at least.
