No one should ever use free web hosting, especially if you plan on running a forum, when I started all my web design projects a few years ago I too used free hosting and boy was that a mistake; All they do is shut you down for no reason.

Wow. That is a long list for free Web hosting sites. I wonder if these companies will stay for a long time since they offer free Web hosting service, that means they're not looking for profits then. But what happens if they decide to shut down?

I wonder how many of these are actually reliable though. I don't want to put my whole website on one and then have them shutdown.

Save a backup of your site and it wouldn't matter.

Only problem with that is databases and what not, it would be hard to recover the site 100% and have it fully working.

To be fair, you could always get paid hosting pretty cheap too.
