Happy to report that iPhone was not blocked. This was the first time I SE'd Apple and it couldn't have been easier.

Thank you, mate! Another milestone - this was very unexpected. I am based in the UK - account is aged (13-14 years old) with no prior SEs and multiple purchases. Hope this helps!

That's the reason Apple worked for you. They usually give customers a one off benefit of doubt but they're a company you cannot rinse.
