I have a ton of Lenovo serials.
But I haven't been successful with RMA, they just close the ticket with FTID/LIT.

What about ordering and straight FTID heard it works

Dunno about FTID, depends on country and merchant.
But overall, it's much much easier to buy first and refund compared to RMA.
