I meant a month and a half lmao, just got the s/n and did ftid, most of the times they will tell you they are investigating but you really need to be a little pushy.

Dyson offers shipping labels for service requests? I wrote to them tryin SN method and they claim that the DPD courier must come and collect the equipment directly from me.
They claim that they are not able to generate a label. Is there any way to get them to send me the label?

In my country process is different. They put return label to the item you order. Anyway, Dyson is dead in my opinion. I have been waiting  two months for my money back.

But have you tried the SN method with them and they gave you a label or just the FTID when returning the product from the original order from their site?
I'm trying the SN method and they don't want to give me a return label, they say they only offer pickup by courier because their repair service does not offer labels.
I wonder if there is a way to bypass this, but I have been asking them for a label for a long time, coming up with various reasons, but to no avail.
