Today I received an email stating that Dyson requires a police report (which is normal for this SE) and a courier claim. If I were to provide those before filing a dispute, I likely would’ve been able to avoid the CC dispute. However all is well, I received my money back. Hoping to try this out again soon without filing a dispute on a CC.

Hey, I was wondering if you ever tried to see if they respond to PayPal claims?

I finally decided to order from them today, just a Supersonic Dryer for myself, so under $500. Going to go with DNA and hopefully support isn’t a headache.

how was your experience

Not sure what happened, but it got to my city and was sent back because they claimed Dyson used a fake label.

Dealing with their support was a nightmare and I had to email their execs just to get a legitimate refund.

I ended up doing it through another retailer (Ulta) and had success with that.
