I love pasta but I need to avoid it. Currently doing keto. Once I shed my 400lbs down to a respectable weight I will go back to enjoying it and other favorites but in moderation. I initially blew up because of bad habits I picked up when younger due to my dad's physical and verbal abuse and never realized I was just living life on autopilot to pass time as fast as I could for nearly 10 years.
