Stores that respond: Samsung, Currys, Apple, John Lewis, Argos.

I'll help out with more stores during the new year. It must be noted that if a store responds it doesn't means its a fail.

If a store responds it doesn't equal a failure?
Would you like to expand on that? Also I appreciate your inputs here thank you, I added your stores to the list

John Lewis supposedly don't respond to chargebacks, can't confirm that though.

they did tell me this morning to do a chargeback with my credit card on an order as they couldn't do a refund themselves weirdly

I've heard mixed information there did they respond to your charge back at all?

they are the ones who told me to do it, so I can't see them responding

If a store responds, pp will ask you to return the item to them. This is where you box or ftid them.

do you know if this is a guaranteed refund? Or what circumstances determine it's going your way?

Once pp sees the tracking has been delivered they will issue your refund. Its best to ftid to an address nearby in case the tracking has GPS coordinates so pp can see its been delivered to the correct location. Pp has flaws but they're not stupid.

To answer your question, I would say a solid 70%. Have an aged pp account, give a good reason for your SNAD dispute, don't do this too frequently. Etc.

@HeardIt You should win your chargeback. As always, its not best practice to do many chargebacks per year so make it count.

I can't see how I can lose the chargeback in all honesty. the retailer themselves are the ones who told me to do it lol.

its the first chargeback I've ever done

Out of curiosity What's the clothing like? Is it good quality do you recommend any pieces?

Also please let me know if you manage to get an order through with Microsoft I see a lot of people having the problem of an error at checkout

Zara's clothing is a big hit or miss. I would say that their t-shirts and socks are good for the price and will most likely be a hit. All other products are a shot in the dark, more time.

If I attempt Microsoft PP I'll make a thread on here and I'll update as I go.

Thank you very much with Microsoft the hardest thing to do is place an order if they give you an error I check out I would recommend just abandoning it and not trying to salvage it with support I made that mistake and wasted a bunch of time with them
