" and waiting f..." is there information that you accidentally omitted? Seems like there is more to be said. Otherwise it looks like dell has started an internal investigation with the carriers...you might have to contact them again to push the agents even further.

That is just generic denial. I think you need to persevere, ask for pictures of proof, call to reps.
