The thing is that this one will be my 1st se, so sorry if i’m a bit noob and asking many questions about.
Initially, as far as i ready on this forum, my idea was to do DNA on notino.it for the bottle of parfume i stated in the post that cost me 190€. Only problem is that the dpd guy Who usually Delivers me package knows me, and i live in a small city where I got an electrician shop.
The guy doesn’t ask me for any signature or type of proof of delivery, but usually doesn’t ring mi door bell and just Deliver all package to the shop.
So I changed my idea from dna to broken bottle, but still i’m so bad at Photoshop and i don’t have an empty bottle of the same fragrance.
What should I do then? U got some advice? Should i insist to client service without sending them any pics

Don't worry we all start somewhere.

To my knowledge, Notino does not directly contact the driver.
Instead, they provide a form for you to fill out, which is then sent to DPD without any further investigation.

Your refund should be processed a few days after you submit the form.

This works only if you buy the insurance, wich you did.

Worst case scenario, you can always make up an excuse.
For example, your sibling/parent picked up the package without you knowing, or you found it somewhere afterwards.

You should be good to go.
