UK Based - Ordered Series X - Phoned Microsoft and spoke to someone from USA / CAN - Told them item was tampered Toaster received instead of Series X - Got reply from Microsoft saying they are investigating - Used Inspect element to change the email to (They cant help me I would need to contact delivery company) - screenshot sent to PP wrong item received - 7 days full refund and another mail from Microsoft apologising.

None of the above is true and is only a statement from a book I read recently.

Interesting…so they sent you a mail saying they were investigating, and you modified it writing what exactly?

I’m not opening myself up to investigations my friend. I cannot tell all on here all of which is fiction anyway, just use your loaf.
