Whole process from time of purchase to money back in your account takes about 10-14 days.
Always use live chat for apple. I think they are able to cross-reference voices. If you are doing it one time, you should be good, however if you're planning to SE apple multiple times, live chat.

I'm also from Canada but don't see any live chat option for Apple orders in Canada...I only see the option to contact by phone.

If you go on the Apple website, you can locate by

Apple website - support (top right next to search icon) - pick the "watch" icon from the options available - click "Cant Charge" - scroll down and hit "Contact apple support" - scroll down and you should see Live chat/call options.

This is how to find it on a PC using google chrome, i imagine its a similar process for mobile phones. Also keep in mind that Apple support is not 24/7 for this, so make sure you're attempting to contact them during business hours.

Wrong item received tampered box on delivery 📦 sent images and used “inspect element” to reword Microsoft’s reply question regarding the product sent to PP just under £600.

I'm with you, its impossible for only insider refunder works. Naturally logistical issues will still arise as with any company items wont arrive, MEB, PEB they happen all the time. Apple cannot tarnish everyone with the same brush. You just need to work smarter not harder.
