I'm going off of what people are telling me.

Right now I'm only handling the return labels, and then having people keep in touch with me about how their refund goes. I'm not logging into other people's accounts and talking to customer service on their behalf.

I've already been ghosted by a couple people though, so I'll probably starting asking for username/password, so that I'm handling the whole process from start to finish.

I'm figuring it out as I go.
