How long does it take to get the refund and when was this?

I asked because I saw you in another thread say that you did a Dell monitor and then everyone else in that thread was having problems later with it

Emailed them by sending an email, not via ticket.
From emailing to refund it took around 2-3 weeks.

I must have just caught dell before they changed their policy because they now consistently ask for a police report.

Trying to hit em with MEB. The CS just told me that they record everything 3 times before packing, she will contact the department and get back to me tomorrow more info. BS or legit, what do you think?

They definitely could have changed their policy. Just wait it out and see what they come back with.

it’s around 1k watch, 120g,  as long as they don’t have a pic of watch in open watch-box,  I think I’m good, but if they do - I’m done 😂

Yes. Saw some guy had success with them so I wanted to give it a try. If they don’t take pictures with a visible watch in the box, it’s a done deal. 

Hypothetically speaking, if I fail, what is the best way to ask for return label? Like my kids took it out from the box before I came home and I found it later laying around or? Anyone??
