A very costly failure, considering you also need to keep the legit item, which will likely be expensive.
In most cases, if they deny the wrong item that you send back, they will offer you to send back the actual expensive item for a refund.
But they do keep your wrong item as previously stated.
I have also read from a user that got an email stating if he did not return the actual expensive item, he would be charged for it, again.
Therefore leaving him with no choice but having to send it back.
