Given the EB wasn't used In the first dip, It's fine to go ahead with It on the second dip.

Alternatively, the return can be boxed.

Update: EB double dip a success. Although given that this time they broken the seal to check + arranged a special delivery, 3x dip won't be so easy.

Company is Garmin UK. SN method + FTID3 first dip. EB 2nd dip. Overall it took a month from the time RMA was issued.
A few phone calls and emails, pretty straightforward.
