Yeah mate, hit a £380 camera with missing item. Ordered a carry bag along with it and said only that arrived. Was quite lengthy though, took about 5 weeks

If you don't mind me asking, why did the canon SE take so long? Did they spend a long time investigating with the shipping company? Or did they not believe you which resulted in a lot of back and forth? Thanks

So as far as I remember their internal investigation took a very long time, I kept having to reach out over and over until they caved in and refunded me

Well played haha that’s impressive. So far I’ve only hit canon, Amazon, ASOS and VERY. From what I’ve gathered clothing stores are a walk in the park, just trying to find places to grab some tech bits from to make a bit of money. Any particular method you go for? I tend to just aim for WIR but use DNA if the delivery isn’t signed.
