By seeing your fate you will walk towards if continuing this path, I was really lazy and that helped me, tbh the biggest help was a man named Kevin Samuels, I would recommend you to look up some videos of him, he confronts people with the truth (David Goggins and Jordan Peterson also but not that much)

you need to have discipline and follow a routine

That's something I am currently struggling with.
For important matters I use Coffee or Tea, but other than that I suggest speaking to a health professional
