Yes I think that will be the case. There is only this order visible on the .co.uk acc. Also my gift card balance was on 0 even though I had over 1.5k in balance on .de

At this point the status continues to say delivered on both items.
However I have received 2 emails confirming the refund of both items with the correct value. The money should be available in 5-7 business days.

The emails don't mean much as i have received refund emails but didn't receive the refund.
Click Order page, order details, click down arrow. If there's no refund complete in green text it means it hasnt been processed.

Congrats you at least got the refund. Although sometimes it can get cancelled by account specialist. This is why I warned about OFM before you went through. 2 high value refunds that close together will always flag you.
And the warning is for your Amazon account, you use the same account to access different regions. The reason you were even refunded was because of your account history (10 years even if it was in another region).
You got the policy warning which means your account will be closed if you have any more EB/DNA.

I won’t cheer to early tbh. The refund is not processed yet. There might be a chance they decline it
