Latest update. 3 days went by after sending the Police PDF saying no PR can be given. Had to email again asking what's going on. Got an email yesterday afternoon asking for a contact number even though they already had it?? Got an email this morning saying refund is being processed. Will update when truly successful (money in bank). I wonder if they leave it a few days more to see if they can catch you out with activity on the watch. Who knows.

This is only a watch though. I doubt it would work for a higher value item. That can be a challenge for yourself in a couple of months time. Of course lets not jump the gun just yet.

£850 so it's definitely my highest SE ever. I've only ever done £150 ones to shoot under the radar. Then I discovered this forum and realised there's much more to it if you really wanna rinse the big corporations.
I feel like the breaking point was the PDF that was logo'ed. Which makes no sense as it said the same as the emails that were forwarded.

Some companies can be real funny when it comes to requesting pdf documents. But I guess its so they can upload an official document to your case internally.

The WIR continues to have a good success rate against Amazon.
As far as I know from videos its not externally visible which is why I've gone for that. Plus amazon my account is as good as they come, 10 years shit loads of orders over years worth thousands collectively and one DNA a year ago. I expect that SE to go smooth but never know with CS reps. Was thinking another Apple watch ultra with batteries in replace. Think a 36 pack of AAA is very similar in weight, within like 30 grams. Both from electronic store. Not planned it to the 100% but will when I go to do it. Do you reckon that *should* work?
