I think this sounds good for DNA but my concern is the circumstances of delivery as only i could have got the phone call for collection ? Will it get the driver in trouble or is this a case of it not making it to investigation due to lack of signature when it said one would be required?  Cheers guys for the help

@Alexinoo I may have miscommunicated, when i said to collect the parcel, the driver just said to meet me outside of my flat (I live in a flat and the building is also surrounded by other flats)  id say about a 15-meter walk from the entrance. I'm yet to contact them as don't want to do an incorrect thing.

Tried to eb sunglasses hut glasses for 800£ they are asking for id and trying to do an investigation with ups , I tried chargeback before with Amex but then ups replied and said my address is fraudeulent because my dior parcel were actually getting lost , I need some advice do I just go through with it

I think we should seriously stop making DNA requests when the delivery person has handed you the package or for certain expensive products (Apple etc.), investigations are becoming more and more effective and many suppliers are using payment solutions such as Adyen that allow a correlation between orders, it greatly simplifies the detection of fraud and internal investigations

hit eb anyways it’s too easy they will  want a photo of the empty box and return label and after that the ups man will collect the box as a return and say u threw in the bin
