You think I should just return my legit pair and give  up? Or order a pair from warehouse and return the broken and legit pair and be left with a new
pair?

an old Qled samsung tv was replaced with a new version taking to the note the old TV version was the same dimensions , depths etc ... 2 labels at the bottom of the new TV were simply removed with a heat gun to the to old TV as a result a smooth Return took place thus refunded , so please stop throwing faulty accusations old man , its not appropriate ! remember the issue i wanted a small consult about ? seems like watching old pranks really gives "Ai" Abilities .

ended up attempting the broken pair anyways as i have no use for them. returned them through the normal returns page and didnt bother speaking to a rep. i sent them back on the 4th and on the returns page it states "Your refund will be processed when we receive your item." i havent recieved an email from the regarding the return either.

should i maybe wait a week or two more and if it stays the same try and speak to a rep and hope they have "lost" it?
