The EB / MEB method is meant to be use on items weighting LESS THAN 100g.
The reason is because the weight won't register on a scale, therefore, it is impossible for the company to argue against you that the item was indeed in the box at time of the delivery.

That's it.
If you're friend successfully EB'd 3 pairs of shoes, it is not because of the method, it's because he was lucky enough to get braindead reps.
Hes not my friend and he also posts only ebs of 2 to 3 pairs, he says he gets them cuz he is good with his words idk how belivable that is since i was left 3 weeks just to get a refund on a pair that had 3 denies

No, but on my next try imma make an excuse having to do with health, unless nike wanna be viewed as a company that does not care about the clients it should work. Use chatgpt for excuses it gives some really good ones

Agreed, but for certain items (below 120g) it works and that's it. When it used to work for Meta Quests it wasn't because of the method, but because their reps are fuckingg retarded.  Same thing goes for DNA; you get the same response: "Aftedr investigation our courier concluded that the package was delivered at the correct address. Case closed". 

But, apparently, scans, ftid and LIT are worse don't work or have a high success rate...... that's scarcasm for anyone who cant tell.

I know people who eb 3 pairs of shoes :/

In regards to EB, I believe you should be targeting to be under the 120g limit yet I do not think that is fixed totally as you can target specific retailers that are particularly relaxed with such terrible reps in such a way. Many clothing companies with PEB fail to assess it fully.

Very true! Some "se'rs" fold like lawn like chairs when some front line rep says "Claim denied." All a "denied claim" does to me is make me push the reps even harder, and make them regret ever trying to play me with their bs.

First off pushing them harder only works if you prepared and executed your method in a way that makes sense. Like if you are trying to se a smart watch using the eb method and the company says "tracking shows delivered" or some other bs excuse, you can press them by saying "Can you confirm that the item was inside the product box when the package was delivered?" They won't be able to because since the weight of the smart watch (apple watch) is less than 120grams it will render their investigation inconclusive. But they won't tell you that and just give you the run around.

That's the point where you flex those SE skills and press them on what evidence do they have to deny your claim, then keep hammering that point home. If they don't break, then escalate your claim everytime you call in, send emails stating how dissapointed you are with how they are treating you, contact their HQ if you have to. Point is, keep your story straight, keep hammering your reason for why you feel your claim was denied in bad faith, be creative, and don't stop until they break and proccess your refund or replacement. So as long your formulated and executed your method correctly for the item at hand, it will only be a matter of time before they break down. And remember pressure bust pipes!
