They all go through the Luxotica Customer Care backend so I have some doubts if this would work since I forgot to change my name on the order lmao. So I have same name, same card, same address, same phone number.
The call was extremely quick so it’s obvious to me the front end doesn’t do any investigating, they just process the request.

I called them and they asked me if I want a reship or refund, but I feel like that's just the easy part, the hard part is if the refund department catches my info matching. I will know in 3-5 days.

I just did a pair for like £400 a week ago so you should be good. Refunded in 24 hours
