I’ve tried JD sports before for an actual mistaken order and they wouldn’t accept it. I believe they have a good fraud team but they ended up refunding after i opened a pr.

How did you file a PR? I've been struggling to as the police station always says they don't deal with these things.

I got my older brother to do it for me but he claimed the process was a hassle, search online but im not sure if pr are worth it.

I received the order I didn't need a signature and on the carrier's portal it says it was delivered in an area 30km away from where I received it, they told me that they couldn't accept the claim that was marked as delivered and that they would check with the carrier.
