Abuse of returns. This was literally my first return ever. The representative on the chat also mentioned that I should file a chargeback via my bank.

Really happy to report some good news.
First, I convinced Ebay to revoke the suspension. After several hours of chatting I managed to achieve that, which was a relief.
The best part is that my bank reversed the payment after less than week of filing it. They also sent me an apology via chat to explain that these things happen, but they always got my back.

I think ebay is just applying some security measures, it could be only for the UK part of some sort, because he is in UK, and I know for a fact that SE is very popular in it. Don't forget that it's an Apple product, so it's possible that people SE those products very often, so they see the trend.
