I said what I wrote above, they just said they were going to forward my problem to the responsible team.
They send me the default email asking the PR.
your claim is approved , comply to their request to move forward with your claim as you will end up refunded inshallah , their request is just to make sure your claim is legit as no body would do a police report on such a false claim .
