Does It explicitly state In their terms that once a package has been delivered to the correct address, It's the recipient's responsibility?

Just because there aren't any reports on a place doesn't mean its hard. It's usually the opposite and  means it hasn't been hit hard so a DNA is easy.

I just did DNA a couple hours ago and the rep asked me the same old did you ask family members or neighbors? Said no and got a reship already processed.
She didn't offer me a refund so I assume she is encouraging me to double dip and so I will.

My item was under $400. How much was yours?

And yes I’m going to try with another rep. Hopefully it goes better

Mine was just under $400. She sent me a link showing FedEx delivery with photo and I just said nonchalantly "that's interesting" and then she asked me the did you look around questions.

Just ended up returning it. I contacted CS again and they told me to fill out a form to file a claim with FedEx and to wait 7-14 business days so RL can resolve depending on how the FedEx claim pans out. Overall pretty annoying ngl and didn't want to risk missing return period.

I got a reship so 2 of everything but then myt life derailed for aq few weeks to try to get my refund and keep 2 of everything.
Might not be too late to complain, mail an empty envelope and do a chaargeback.

I'm excited because for 2 plus weeks I was in hospital and alot fo my claims got resolved so Im hoping I'm off the #1 spot on the Banks Americas Most Wanted Chargebackers and down to #2 probably. lmao

Ralph Lauren, Hillfiger, name your old fuck. Flood their email until they are so mad or stressed they have a stroke or die. All for $300. Most rich people are morons from old money or have Autism and can only laser focus on one thing until they are a pro.
