Should I go back onto chat with them and ask them that? and do I need a real police report? I dont want to get them involved hopefully I can press the customer service enough to pass the refund

Amazon remain adamant with their request for a PR, hence It will take a lot of perseverance and manipulation to convince them to disrrgard It.

@mothered Yo it worked i didnt even have to beg them I just asked for proof of picture delivery and they just issued a refund thanks for the help throughout man amazon service is so easy they didnt even bother to ask questions this process can be done all within the same day

Amazon Isn't usually so lenient - they can be difficult to deal with at the best of times.

Yea honestly if your acc is aged and you do this in moderation then you should be go to do it again

Amazon is a war of attrition. Just wear them out.
I live in a very rural area and got laughed at by the police the one time I called and tried to make a police report for Amazon.
