Unsuccessful lol lesson learned don’t order from the Amazon warehouse seller requires me to return the product even damaged Amazon states “ I'm sorry to hear about the problem you've had with your item being damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you return the Apple AirPods Max Wireless Over-Ear Headphones. Active Noise Cancelling, Transparency Mode, Spatial Audio, Digital Crown for Volume Control. Bluetooth you ordered within 30 days of the date you received it. You can mail your package back using the return label provided in our Online Returns Center”

Given you've told them the AirPods were damaged, of course they'll request the return - they're not just going to take your word for It.

Respectfully speaking, as a social engineer yourself, you should've known It would be the case.

Not giving up yet, got the return refund for this one and I ran out of amazon accounts this time so ima go ahead perform damaged item on Best Buy I saw someone else succeed on this, I have a best buy account with orders, And I’m unsure if Apple Store is worthy to SE on since I’ve ordered bunch from them too

Item arrived with no signature but I met the delivery driver face to face since I had other item for a ups pick up return, so not worth a lost package?
