@mothered two questions: eb or meb with bose qc 2? also they said they received an empty box and to call them or contact ups. do i call them?

It's not your responsibility to contact the carrier - they do It through an external Investigation.

It's not your responsibility to contact the carrier - they do It through an external Investigation.
They told me to file a complaint with ups and that they won't do it for me. should i file it?
