I've been on the phone to several reps, and been on live chat many times. They completely refuse to budge and keep telling me the same response over and over. I've tried explaining that a PR has no relevance as it wasn't theft related but they keep telling me it's needed to move forward after the investigation was denied. I feel like I should just take the L on this one and move on

I actually returned it today in-store. I was on the phone to them practically all morning and afternoon asking for my claim to be escalated and the only responses I got were ''File a police report or we cannot move forward.'' It got very frustrating so I ended up just returning it. First L I've taken in a while but next time I'll do more research
