if no verifications, just let them investigate they wont prove shit and refund you
either way max ive done is a j4 craft dna 220 euro

At this point would it mean that the SE has failed? How would you recover?

based on what i've heard from their customer service they can't see what you said atleast in call i assume same goes for chat, they can however see that you contacted them, so say that you verified and did not find the item

So I just SE Nike and they said they will investigate but in the meantime they asked if I wanted a reship or refund. Are they actually going to investigate or just refund cause they said my refund will be about 10 days or less
