Samsung is being so long with this, I told them about the box they didn't reply, so was going to sec75 it, but then another rep replied asking for photos of the box before delivery, I obviosly responded saying there was no need to take photos so I don't have any. They again didnt reply, so i sent another email to which they said they'll investigate. Today I've had the dumbest email from them sendinga photo of 5 boxes being delivered and asking if any of them are mine ( they are stacked on each other). mine is there but I dont know how to do this one. @mothered again any thoughts I have a picture from dpd when it was returned with a load of boxes, you cant tell which one it is. Shall I send them that and say I can't identify which is mine form the photo they sent?

FYI the picture they sent is when dpd picked it up, thanfully you can't see the boxed method in the photo they sent as its stacked beneath another box, lucky Zipped

Ridiculous.

Simply say It's not possible to conclusively pinpoint whether one of them Is yours purely from a photo.

Samsung probably has the worst customer service in the world, its been two weeks they sent an email apologizing for ignoring my emails and said they would update me when the investigation finishes, that was 5 days ago, I sent another email saying I will have to take it further, the response was basically wait for an update, that was yesterday. Should I sec75 it @mothered or carry on with them?

yes i just did that thank you i want to buy an iphone 12 on amazon for £400 and i have an aged account of around 2 years with zero refunds and 10 orders what do you think the best method to pull it off without a police report is?

Pulling it off without a PR on Ama is next to impossible these days. If you are averse to PRs then choose another retailer.

i would do a PR but iv never done one b4 so im not confident and i have a good account for a refund for the iphone
