They have experiences and skills, they use something more than "my son's birthday is tomorrow and he didn't got a present", you have to be creative with SE. Like there are many methods and reasons to say to for example: Amazon rep. Also, it depends on your account status and how many years it has, orders and refunds/returns have been made on it. But you know how they say, a good magician never reveals his secrets.

Maybe these guys call to tell that it has been a fraud on bank account to get rapidly a refund..? what do you think ? but maybe it risked because they could notice the police about the transaction..

But basically, buy sticker from aliexpress (if ur doing iPhone 13 and +)
When received your iPhone from Amazon, be care full with the box, dont damaged it.
Apply hair dryer to the box so the glue start being more liquid and the old sticker easy to remove,
Put dummy phone on anything equal weight.
Reseal with new sticker
U good to go just return it

don't forget to mention the "way of communication" and "Day Time" , "date" when making contact can make a huge difference i remember while ago when some refunder's came up with the term "indian clock" as they were too dumb to release instant refunds
