You could try Rebuy, they sell refurbished electronics. I DNA'd a phone from them, first order. It took around 3 weeks.

Email, it was generally a smooth process but I did have to remind them a few times about the status of my claim.

I made a refund years ago ~350€ EB method.

But they seem to have been SE'd too often over the last few years, they're pretty cross now.
In Germany Saturn Mediamarkt and Otto is a no Go. They will make a police report and you are fucked.
