First and foremost, check If they're liable for loss of goods from sender (yourself) to receiver (them).

for farfetch, they aren't liable for loss of goods, so therefore DNA is out of questions, and i just ordered them, and it will be here around 4~5 days after. what method should i perform?

i didn't get any itemes that are similar weight as the one i got, is boxing method for 700grams okay? with Dry ice, and it takes 7days to get it shipped
