RE: Nike SE - hiketro66 - 01-26-2023 Big update: I received my order today. Delivered by DHL, the driver didn't ask me for a signature, just gave me the package and left. Kind of a stupid ideea but i went ahead and tried to eb them instead of using dna, as the conditions i was in were perfect for the method. Had a conversation with a pretty incompetent agent and as i am writing i am still waiting for updates on my email. RE: Nike SE - hiketro66 - 01-31-2023 Another more unfortunate update. Claimed EB, sent some pictures of the empty shoe box. (shipping label was not seen by the agent) Was told that i will receive an email, did not receive one after 5 days. Today i got on live chat again and was told that after an investigation, "we have received no damage scans. Which means the parcel was delivered as loaded" I escalated the claim, and i am waiting for a response through email again. Any tips? RE: Nike SE - killerkeemkeem - 02-01-2023 EB may not work as the shoes are likely over 120g. I know some retailers don't check however I have heard mixed reports from Nike. I've personally EB'd finishline a few years ago but their protocol may have changed. (01-31-2023, 04:24 PM)hiketro66 Wrote: Another more unfortunate update. If you paid with paypal you can submit a claim there but the chances it will end in your favor aren't very good. Worst case scenario: return the shoes in store with the email receipt you recieved. The store's system wont know you have a customer support ticket open and claimed you never got them. They will just accept the return and you'll get your money back without your shoes
RE: Nike SE - hiketro66 - 02-01-2023 Hi guys! A huge thank you to everyone that contributed to this thread. <3 After escalating the case, I received an email this morning with a full refund. I have no ideea if they accepted the refund because of the escalation or if there was a misunderstanding between the reps, but the important thing is that i got my money back. I'll leave a summary of the se below for people that don't want to read through 4 pages. Shoes: Nike Air Uptempo Value:180 euro Delivery: DHL (was not asked for a signature, will use this info in the future) Weight: 1,5 kg Method used: Eb Difficulties during se: Got to talk to a pretty stubborn rep, which refused the refund, but after escalating the case everything was ok, and i got my money RE: Nike SE - henna1 - 02-05-2023 (01-11-2023, 11:40 AM)heyxrey Wrote: EB works good for me.
