My bad yeah 120, havent had to worry about EB weight ina minute. Does PEB work well with selfridges also?

So how does EB work? They don't consult the cctv for such a low weight?

CCTV cannot detect what's Inside a fully enclosed box/case.

For your reference, Selfridges has CCTV cameras In place.

Find out the exact weight and whether the Item Is fully enclosed In a case/box. The EB/missing Item method relies on both of those to succeed.
the bracelet is pretty light and I believe comes in an enclosed box but the CCTV kind of throws me off. Do you know if anyone else has had positive past experiences?

Was planning on eb them myself for a jacket that I purchased which arrived today. Don’t think it will work since it’s been weighed (Dpd courier) plus they have CCTV. Weight said 01.kgs on the box. Any suggestions?
