I was thinking of playing it safe and just doing one or the other. I was thinking the microwave would be safer, but want the chairs more. Not sure how easy to DNA big pieces of furniture though.

Id like to let you know that I previously ordered a mattress and bed frame off there together totaling maybe $800. I DNA the mattress and rep wouldn’t refund but offered a replacement piece so i had it held at a UPS location. Never picked it up so UPS shipped it back to them. I contacted them again said i didn’t want it and they refunded

Upon emailing them, was It an Instant approval or did they request further details?

They just emailed back asking for my address and go ask my neighbors, etc. after that it was approved.

Below $600.

Wayfair is still the easiest store. Except maybe Adidas's refund on scan.

Nice. Sounds doable. That is also in the region of the cost of the things I had my eye on. Will probably give em a go in a few weeks. Did you have previous purchases on the account you used?

Waffaire, a lot works with them, it may be a bit harder than before, but they are getting hit with everything and I haven't seen one thing not work. I would suggest not doing it constantly, rotate things up to other places, but this has been a come back to place for awhile. Just follow what they ask and keep on them. Stick to your method and what you came up with. Never let them win or give up.
Just saying, it is one of the easiest places to refund.

Since most of their items are heavy furniture damaged works the best because returning it to them is so expensive they usually tell you to donate it.

And no fresh accounts work just as good as accounts with a few orders. But after a few your better off openeing a new one.

I always use Wayfair Business. They even give you an account Manager who you can call and they help you pick items out and help you out.
