Did he/she sign with a real or fake signature?

The question Is, why did your account get OFM'd?

There must be a reason behind an action, and Amazon must justify It.

Re-escalate It and tell them to specifically address what I've mentioned above.

Unfortunately he signed his real signature yes.

If that doesn't kill it should I call CS or email ofm?

An Investigation Is not In progress, so we'll disregard It for now.

As said, you first need to establish why your account has been OFM'd by telling Amazon to justify It In full.

So I escalated my claim up to management in customer service and all she said was to ask those questions in the email that I received from ofm and at the same time ofm is emailing me this:

In this case we mat contact carrier for more information on the same . And If you do not have any further feedback regarding your Amazon shopping experience, please consider this issue closed, and be assured that you may continue shopping as usual.

How would you proceed? Emailing ofm, how would you word it to them?

My goodness, such a simple question and their pea-brain reps cannot address It.

I'm at a loss as to how they're employed to begin with. Once again, "tell them why your account has been OFM'd, and to justify the reason for their decision In full". It's not difficult to understand and attend to such a request.
