By requesting pr's for eb's/dna's they then have a way to easily track your refunds no matter how many accts you have since you can't use your aliases in a pr. 2. They know you can only file a pr so many times within a given period before the cops start viewing you as a little suspect. I tried to explain that the package technically wasn’t delivered at that point but they weren’t listening. Similar happened with me recently. Claimed EB on a mini SSD that weighed less than 50 grams. Every rep say it was delivered and I need to file a PR if I want to proceed with a claim in order to get a reship or refund. I have essentially given up. Every so often you have to take a hit and know when it's a good time to quit. I don't want to put myself on local police radar again over such a measly sum. Spent enough time on the straight narrow to get heat off me from my past life to potentially set myself back in a big way just for a few euros. Fuck that.
