Did you request a copy of the signature?

The photo showed my brother picking up the parcel and the advisor said that there was no real signature other than it saying my name. He claimed that as a signature. It said “Received by USERX” in bold like and claimed “USERX” was the signature

They’re claiming it as a signature due to it saying my name on there even though I never signed for it, which dosent make any sense to me

Ridiculous - your name purely written on the consignment Is not deemed a signature.

Tell them to email you a copy, and then say It does not belong to you nor does It represent your very own signature In any way, shape, or form.
