Any news regarding this case?
If anybody is interested,
I was talking to the agents last night and asked them to provide me my old chat history becuase I saved chat reference. They refused to send it to me and also told me that the account specialists are working on my case and will contact me very soon. I'm gonna wait 2-3 more days and if they don't reply I'll simply chargeback, I'm very tired of waiting.

in my experience with these assholes nobody is going to contact you or will send automated message. i have been through this "account specialists are working on case" bullcrap like 10 times now and it never led to anywhere.

chargeback still pending, my bank are also assholes.

UPDATE (finally) :
I explained everything to Klarna but couldnt send any files or screenshots.
They reviewed it for 2 weeks and today I got the mail that I dont have to pay anything.
Thank god. This was a long process.
Got a perma Asos ban but there are tooo many other good stores out there
