They told you they would have a conclusion between 7 and 10 workdays so I think you just need to wait a few more days. You can't rush it

I contacted them again today . They said they don’t work directly with DHL and are waiting for their response.
They said they will contact me once they have any information from DHL.
I don’t know what will happen ! If DHL says everything was normal , they won’t refund me ?
